The "Success Fee" Model
We charge a small, transparent Commission (Platform Fee) on the transaction value of deals closed through our platform.
Zero Upfront Risk
You don't pay a monthly salary to a salesperson who might not deliver. You don't pay us a monthly fee if you don't get orders. Listing your business and accessing the dashboard is completely free.
Aligned Incentives
If you don't make money, we don't make money. This forces us to work hard to bring you genuine buyers, verify leads, and ensure the platform actually delivers revenue.
Escrow & Security Included
Our fee covers the cost of the Secure Escrow Service. This ensures that as a Seller, you never face bad debts, and as a Buyer, you never lose money to a scammer.

A nominal percentage (Standard Industry Rates apply) is deducted only when you successfully win a bid and receive payment.
Note: The exact percentage varies by category (e.g., margins on Bulk Steel are different from margins on Web Development). Check your specific category agreement during onboarding.
Procurement & Sourcing
For Enterprise clients requiring physical factory audits and dedicated account managers, a separate consultation fee applies.
