Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All subscription plans (including but not limited to Starter and Growth plans) are strictly non‑refundable once the subscription has been activated and the billing cycle has commenced.
• No partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits shall be granted for early termination, downgrade, or non‑use of the subscription during the billing period.
• If you cancel a subscription, access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which no further charges will be levied.

• Subscriptions are configured for auto‑renewal by default.
• To avoid renewal and further charges, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
• Cancellation requests received within 48 hours of the renewal date may not be processed in time and the renewal charge may still apply; such charges are non‑refundable.

Refunds for professional services provided by Exvion Global Pvt. Ltd. (including IT, Legal, Solar, HR, and other consulting or implementation services) shall be determined based on milestones and work completed, as follows:

• If no work has commenced on the agreed scope of services at the time of cancellation, 100% of the service fee paid shall be refunded, subject to any applicable bank or payment gateway charges.
• If 50% or more of the agreed milestones or deliverables have been completed or are in progress at the time of cancellation, no refund shall be granted for the service fee already paid.
• For cases where work completed is between 0% and 50%, refunds shall be assessed on a case‑by‑case basis, taking into account actual effort, expenses incurred, and any mutually agreed terms in the Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Order.

• Where a refund is applicable, it shall be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Refunds shall be initiated within a reasonable time after confirmation of eligibility, typically within 7–14 business days, subject to bank and payment gateway processing timelines.
• Any statutory taxes, payment gateway fees, or bank charges deducted during the original transaction may be adjusted against the refund amount, as permitted by law.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
